The Oral Presentation in the Working Groups (WGs) consists of the submission of individual papers linked to the event’s WGs (see table below):
Guidelines:
Oral Presentations will be held on October 10, 2025 (Friday), in the morning (from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) and in the afternoon (from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) (Brasília time), via Google Meet.
Abstracts must be submitted through the event registration website.
When registering, select WITH PAPER PRESENTATION and choose the WG (1, 2 3 or 4) for Oral Presentation. Then complete:
Title of the paper
Author’s name
Abstract (200–300 words)
In the case of co-authorship, select YES, list the co-author(s) and their institutional affiliation(s).
Abstracts must include objectives, theoretical framework, and methodology.
Provide up to 5 keywords, separated by periods.
Each participant may submit up to 3 papers (as author or co-author).
Papers may have up to 3 co-authors.
The abstract must be submitted by only one of the authors; the others must register as Attendees.
The Certificate will be issued only after the oral presentation has been delivered.
📅 Submission period: October 11 – November 30, 2025
The Full Paper consists of submitting a complete text (paper or experience report), which must be directly linked to a presentation (Closed Thematic Symposium or Oral Presentation in the WGs) at the XXI ENFOPLE. Accepted papers will be published in the official Proceedings of the event (ISSN), Anais.
Guidelines:
The text must be submitted exclusively via the event Proceedings platform starting on October 11, 2025.
The full paper must be prepared using the official event template.
Length: 8 to 15 pages (including references).
Images, graphs, and tables must appear within the text.
Text formatting: Times New Roman, size 12, normal, body style.
Foreign words must appear in italics.
Bold must be used for emphasis.
Margins: left and top – 3 cm; right and bottom – 2 cm (throughout the document).
References must follow current ABNT standards:
Direct quotations with more than three lines: Times New Roman 10, single spacing, indented 4 cm from the left margin.
Direct quotations with fewer than three lines: in quotation marks within the text.
Footnotes: Times New Roman 10, single spacing.
Paragraphs: first line indented 1.5 cm.
Texts that do not use the official template, that lack linguistic revision, or that fail to comply with ABNT formatting standards will not be accepted.
All information contained in the text is the sole responsibility of the author(s).
