The social isolation started at UEG on March 2020. Even with all the difficulties imposed by the pandemic, POSLLI remains active in all areas: master's students, professors, master's department. The master thesis are in progress, the research groups are still active and the examination boards have been taking place online.
In 2020, we completed our first quadrennial cycle and, still online, POSLLI has been working tirelessly, with the following organization:
Face-to-face classes: they were suspended in order to respect the pandemic security protocols.
Distance learning and online classes: they are being held since March 2020, following guidelines from the Dean of Research and Graduate Studies at UEG and according to the decree by the Goiás State Government.
Committees meetings of the POSLLI: they are being held via Google Meet.
Examination Board and Master Thesis Defense: they are being held online by videoconference.
Postgraduate office: they are being held during regular business hours by e-mail (sec.poslli@ueg.br). To support self-isolation the face-to-face support needs to be scheduled by e-mail.
Coordinating schedule: It is being held online, during regular business hours by e-mail (coord.poslli@ueg.br).
Student’s research: The research projects, mentoring and supervision of master’s thesis are being online.
Professors’ research projects: they are being held online without field research.
POSLLI’s Journals: The journals Coralina and Revelli are being held open to submissions.
Research Groups: The meetings are online and the researchers (professors) organize the schedule.
Extension Project: They are being held with some adjustments.
Scientific Divulgation: The POSLLI publishes research of students and professors, as well as their other academic activities, on Instagram @poslliueg and in the website www.poslli.ueg.br
The report of Sucupira/Capes: It was completed and sent to CAPES on May, 2021.
Application Process for special students: It was an online process.
